Business Office Associate (12-15 hrs/wk; part-time)
This person coordinates the business operations of the parish by formulating and monitoring the annual parish budget, compiling financials reports, month end close, preparing various parish and diocesan reports.  Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with two to five years’ experience in business or management or a combination of education and experience.  Accounting/bookkeeping experience is required. Demonstrated experience and is computer proficient in Microsoft Office programs, (particularly Excel).  Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred. Ability to manage more than one project/event at one time is essential.  Self-motivated; a sense of discretion and high degree of confidentiality is necessary.


Secretary (15-19 hrs/wk; part-time)
This person will provide administrative and office support, assist with publishing the weekly bulletin, updating content on the parish website and calendars electronically, assist with posting of weekly collections, and various clerical duties as needed. Qualified candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, have previous office experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications, and possess strong organizational skills.
