MyCBS Instructions & FAQs

Starting this year, we will begin transitioning to a new parish database system (Ministry Platform). We encourage each household to create a unique myCBS account that will allow you to adjust your subscription to The Catholic Moment, see your giving to any parish in the Diocese, download your contribution statements, and register for events.

Access instructions: 

1. Click MyCBS Account in the upper left corner of outwebsite.  

2. Click the Login button. 

3. Assuming you do not yet have a login, you will need to create one. Click the Sign up link. 

4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and the Email Address you used when you registered at CBS (required). Cell Phone is optional but will help locate your record. Click Create Account button. For added security, the system will prompt you to “Send Code” to your email address to verify the account. 

5. Check your Email and click the Finish Account Setup Button. 

6. Create your username and password (at least 8 characters, mix of upper and lowercase, a number, and a special character). 

7. Assuming no system issues, you should now see a page that has My Giving on top and My Contribution Statement on the bottom. For the Contribution Statement, click the Save as PDF button to create the statement for you to print.
